Does your Zippo® product need repair?
Any Zippo® metal product, when returned to the Zippo® factory will be put in first class condition free of charge, for they have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo® metal product, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could damage the product beyond repair.
When sending in a Zippo® for repair, please follow these instructions:
1. Remove the inside assembly from the lighter and allow the fuel inside the lighting mechanism to evaporate for a few days prior to mailing.
2. Package products securely in an oversized box or padded mailing bag.
3. Include your name, address, phone number and the reason for repair on a note inside the package.
